How To Set Up The Harness?

All of our NDM 1 products are unisex and are designed and tested for both men and women. To set up the harness follow the steps below.

Put the backpack on. Adjust the horizontal chest straps to a comfortable length (The two "d-rings" allow you to change between a larger and smaller size). Use the outer ring for the large size and loop through both for the smaller size.
Adjust the vertical shoulder straps (If needed) to adjust the height of the buckle, the center buckle should align around the height of your solar plexus. Do note that a few models like Race 2.0 and Outlander PRO does not have this setting due to their low weight.

Care Instructions

Packs

We want you to follow the instructions on the care label for each product. Care labels are typically found inside of the product. If you can’t see it, look again. If you still can’t see it, contact us.

STEPS

After every ride, empty the pack completely and brush clean soiled areas with soapy water.
Never put your pack into a washing machine or dryer, this damages the PU coating. Only hand wash.
The pack fabrics can’t be ironed.
Zippers must be kept clean for improved lifetime.
To store: close the pack and keep it in a dry, well ventilated place.

Hydration Systems

ELITE

Reverse by placing your hand in the bladder, grab the bottom, and pull it back through the top opening, just like turning a sock inside-out. The molded opening can also be flipped after the bladder body has been reversed. Then, throw it in the dishwasher or rinse with mild soap and water. Make sure to let the bladder dry out completely while reversed.

The Pro harness has our NDM tech buckle which easily clicks in place for an absolute snug and secure fit. It also comes equipped with integrated elastic straps that expand along with the chest during physical exertion, allowing a constant tight and compliant fit giving you freedom to breathe and move in action. Race 2.0 is designed from the ground up as a true racing pack, being minimal in weight but with maximum ventilation. We’re using an ultralight mesh-membrane backplate and fixed harness to make this happen.

This redefines a racing pack!

LIGHTER THAN PRO

The ultra lightweight design of Race 2.0 takes "lightweight" to even new limits clocking in at a minimal 240g (excluding hydration system & sleeve).

MAKES YOU FASTER (YES REALLY)

The design and shape have a positive effect on your aerodynamics, even better than wearing no pack. We know it sounds crazy, but its tested and proved.

KEEPS YOU COOL IN ACTION

The included insulated sleeve (with a weight of only 25g) for the hydration bladder is designed to keep your hydration cool for much longer during the ride, no matter how hot the weather, or you, get. Or if you prefer leave the sleeve at home and use an ice filled bladder on the other side of the 3D mesh to cool you down on the hot riders. The choice us yours.

CLEANS THE SEA FROM OCEAN PLASTICS

The main fabric of the Race 2.0 has a DWR treatment made without PFAS and is made of a polyester produced from recycled ocean plastics, meaning the packs literally helps to clean our environment.

FAQ

How do I adjust the NDM harness for a secure fit? +

Pull the elastic shoulder straps tight first, then snap the chest buckle and adjust it until the pack sits high on your back without restricting your breathing. Finish by cinching the waist strap to lock everything in place.

Can I use this pack for trail running or is it only for mountain biking? +

The Race 2.0 2L XS works for trail running, gravel biking, and cross country mountain biking. The NDM harness keeps it stable for any high-speed activity where bounce is a problem.

How do I refill the hydration bladder without taking the pack off? +

The Elite Hydration Bladder has a wide opening at the top that you can access by reaching over your shoulder. The Plug-n-Play coupling also lets you disconnect the tube for faster refills at aid stations.

Will this pack fit if I'm between sizes or have a larger chest? +

The XS size is designed for smaller torsos and frames. If you're between sizes or have a larger chest, check out the standard Race 2.0 2L for more adjustability and a better fit.

Can I add extra storage pockets to this pack? +

Yes, the Race 2.0 2L XS is compatible with the Phone Pocket NDM 1 and Organizer Pocket NDM 1 that clip directly onto the harness for extra storage without adding bulk.
