How To Set Up The Harness?

All of our NDM 1 products are unisex and are designed and tested for both men and women. To set up the harness follow the steps below.

Put the backpack on. Adjust the horizontal chest straps to a comfortable length (The two "d-rings" allow you to change between a larger and smaller size). Use the outer ring for the large size and loop through both for the smaller size.
Adjust the vertical shoulder straps (If needed) to adjust the height of the buckle, the center buckle should align around the height of your solar plexus. Do note that a few models like Race 2.0 and Outlander PRO does not have this setting due to their low weight.

Care Instructions

Packs

We want you to follow the instructions on the care label for each product. Care labels are typically found inside of the product. If you can’t see it, look again. If you still can’t see it, contact us.

STEPS

After every ride, empty the pack completely and brush clean soiled areas with soapy water.
Never put your pack into a washing machine or dryer, this damages the PU coating. Only hand wash.
The pack fabrics can’t be ironed.
Zippers must be kept clean for improved lifetime.
To store: close the pack and keep it in a dry, well ventilated place.

Hydration Systems

ELITE

Reverse by placing your hand in the bladder, grab the bottom, and pull it back through the top opening, just like turning a sock inside-out. The molded opening can also be flipped after the bladder body has been reversed. Then, throw it in the dishwasher or rinse with mild soap and water. Make sure to let the bladder dry out completely while reversed.

Carry your tools and gear

The MOTO HYDRO 8L enduro backpack is geared up with a main storage compartment for your tools, extra gear, and hydration. You can also carry and extra jacket or equipment on the two external attachment straps. The shoulder straps and back panel are well ventilated, to improve the airflow and reduce weight. Keep your phone safe in the water-resistant phone pocket because we all get wetter than we plan when we ride.

Stay Hydrated in Action

The hydro backpack comes equipped with a 3.0L / 100oz Elite hydration bladder with a slider opening for easy cleaning/drying and to make it possible to put ice inside the bladder during hot conditions. The bladder is also equipped with a smooth Plug-n-Play tube coupling for extra secure and easy handling. The sports backpack comes with two tube clips for secure attachment of the drink tube, and quick access when you’re riding. If you’re if using the USWE helmet handsfree kit (kit not included with the pack), just use the tube port. Can’t get any easier than that!

FAQ

Does this pack fit over body armor or a chest protector? +

The standard Moto Hydro 8L is designed for a close fit without body armor. If you're wearing a chest protector or protective jacket, check out the Adventure Fit version with extended straps for extra room.

Can I attach a GoPro or action camera to this pack? +

Yes. The pack is compatible with the USWE Action Camera Harness NDM 1 accessory, which mounts securely to the harness system for stable footage on rough terrain.

How do I clean the hydration bladder? +

Rinse the Elite Hydration Bladder with warm water after each ride and let it air dry completely. The Plug-n-Play coupling disconnects in seconds for easy access and cleaning.

Will this pack work for mountain biking or just motorcycles? +

The Moto Hydro 8L is built specifically for enduro and off-road motorcycle riding. For mountain biking, check out the MTB Hydro series, which is optimized for pedaling and bike-specific riding positions.

How much gear can I actually fit in 8 liters? +

You can carry tools, spare tubes, a mini pump, snacks, nutrition gels, a rain jacket, gloves, and your phone with room to spare. The main compartment and two zippered pockets keep everything organized and accessible.
