STEPS
- After every ride, empty the pack completely and brush clean soiled areas with soapy water.
- Never put your pack into a washing machine or dryer, this damages the PU coating. Only hand wash.
- The pack fabrics can’t be ironed.
- Zippers must be kept clean for improved lifetime.
- To store: close the pack and keep it in a dry, well ventilated place.

Can I wear this hydration pack with a race jersey or jacket? +
Yes, the slim 2L profile and stretchy NDM harness fit comfortably under most jerseys or over a lightweight jacket without adding bulk or restricting movement.
How do I refill the bladder during a race or ride? +
The 1.5L Elite bladder has a wide opening at the top for quick refills at aid stations. The fixed tube coupling keeps the hose secure so you don't have to disconnect it.
Will this pack fit riders with small or large chest sizes? +
The elastic NDM 1.0 harness adjusts to fit a wide range of torso sizes and chest dimensions for both men and women, from petite to broad-chested riders.
Can I add extra storage pockets or accessories to this pack? +
Yes, the OUTLANDER XC 2L is compatible with NDM 1.0 accessories like phone pockets, gel racks, chest pockets, and organizer pouches that attach to the harness system.
Is 2L enough storage for a 2-3 hour XC or gravel race? +
The 2L total volume holds the 1.5L bladder plus a few gels, a phone, keys, and a mini tool, which is plenty for most XC races or fast gravel rides under 3 hours.

Love this pack! I am small on top and love that it cinches down around my chest and doesn’t move (as advertised!) also - hot pink is awesome 🩷 makes it easy to stay hydrated on long training MTB rides!
Love this pack- i have a smaller upper body and it adjusted to my size perfectly. Stays in place and makes hydration for long rides much easier.
The bag needs a divider between the bladder and the other items carried, otherwise the other items (tire tools, snacks) get in the way when inserting or removing the bladder.
A little less storage than I'd like (recognizing that I was buying a race-pack..not an all day pack) and your bite valves are awful. The valve cutoff lever is small and really difficult to toggle one-handed while riding and the silicone plastic split almost immediately. I ordered CamelBack bite valves and reservior cut-offs to replace those on both of my USWE packs.
The pack works great. Wore it recently and it barely felt there. No pulling on my back, no moving around. My only complaint is shipping is expensive and slow. It took a week and a half to get it across the country. Order from Amazon and get it quicker.
Great material, size, and design. Have had it on Gravel and Road rides, in the heat and rain, and no issues at all. Sleek design and hardly noticeable when wearing. Plan on having one of these for every ride!

Have an option for size I’m not a big guy by any means but I had to order the bigger strap are you just paid good money for one that no good to me. Very unhappy I had to spend even more money for it to fit me. Never again

I love the back pack. It’s light, the perfect size, and great quality.
Just used this for a 100 mile gravel race with 14k feet of climbing. Comfortable, light weight, fits great, works great, looks great! Huge improvement over others I’ve tried (*ahem* camelback *ahem ahem*). 10/10 highly recommended. This is my new go-to for every event.

Carries a few small items and a nice amount of liquid, very comfortably! I kind of feel like I'm going to bite through the valve, but I'm sure it's designed for me not to do that. A lot of thought has gone into the design of every bit of these packs!

Product seems great but small people must order a different strap to fit instead of just offering different size straps in the beginning. Now Im realizing that most NICA racers I see with these packs are too loose because they dont fit them and they didnt order the small strap system.

I wish that I had purchased the smaller size. I love all of my USWE packs! I just ordered the wrong size for this one. I plan to regift it and order a smaller size eventually, once I save up money to do this.
Bought this item for a UCI gravel cycling event (110km and lots of hills. The weather was also really hot. The backpack was a godsend. Comfortable and easy to use. Really forgot about it and it didnt hamper me whatsober. Only regret is that I didn�t buy one sooner. Highly recommended.
It's a great bag but not what i was looking for and thats not the bags fault . I was looking for something outside of the race 2. 0 with some color. My 3 draw backs to this bag are that the harness have more material so I notice it rubbing my neck if worn certain ways ,the non quick detachable bladder and the house hold. If this bag had the same bladder setup as the race and magnetic detachable hose hold (which i swapped out) and the same mesh harness as the race but with the capabilities to hold the phone pouch it would be awesome :ok_hand:.

Excellent sac d'hydratation. Je l'ai ador� d�s ma premi�re longue sortie en v�lo. Le sac est tr�s l�ger, confortable et reste bien en place dans le dos peu importe les conditions et les obstacles des sentiers. Je l'utilise principalement pour des sorties en v�lo de montagne XC et enduro.
Stands up to it's stated standards. Doesn't move, comfortable, action camera footage is stable with the additional mount. I added insulated tubing to the hose for warm weather riding. The interior pocket easily holds my wallet & keys. Overall win!
