Optimal Lightweight Pack for the Serious Riders

The ZULO is a specially designed race hydration hip belt, to provide the perfect fit on your hip. The optimal lightweight option for the serious riders who need to bring hydration and equipment but who don’t want to wear a full backpack. The waist pack has new foam ridges along the back to increase stability and ventilation.

The Zulo designed as a moto or MTB hip pack carries 6 liters of storage capacity, comes equipped with a big main compartment, a multi organizer pocket and two pockets for quick access to energy gels and food. It also has an easy and secure attachment for a bike LED-light.

Stay Hydrated in Cold Action

Included with the hydration packs you get a 1.5L Compact Lumbar hydration bladder with an insulated drink tube and a magnetic clip for the drink tube, preventing the liquid in the tube from freezing when adventuring in cold environment.

Will the insulated tube actually keep my water from freezing in subzero temps? +

The insulated drink tube is built to prevent freezing in cold weather, but in extreme subzero conditions, keep the bladder close to your body heat and blow water back into the reservoir after each sip to avoid ice buildup in the tube.

Can I wear this over a jacket or body armor without it riding up? +

Yes, the NDM 4-point harness and single-buckle suspension strap lock the pack to your waist even over thick winter layers or body armor, so it stays put without shifting or riding up on rough terrain.

How do I refill the bladder without taking the whole pack off? +

The 1.5L Compact Lumbar bladder features a quick-refill design, but for easiest access during winter rides, you'll want to loosen the waist strap and swing the pack around to your front to top it off without fully removing it.

Is 6 liters enough storage for a full day winter ride with extra layers? +

For most riders, 6L handles a 1.5L bladder plus essentials like a lightweight jacket, tools, nutrition, and first aid kit, but if you're hauling heavy winter gear for all-day backcountry missions, consider a larger pack.
