It's designed specifically for USWE 2L bladders and fits perfectly in VST packs. It might work with other brands if they're similar in size, but we built it for our own gear.
How much does the sleeve actually help in extreme heat or cold? +
It keeps your water from turning into a hot mess on desert rides and prevents freezing on cold morning runs. Don't expect miracles in crazy temps, but it buys you solid time before things get gross.
Can I throw this in the washing machine? +
Hand wash it with mild soap and let it air dry. Tossing it in the machine will trash the insulation over time.
Does the sleeve make the bladder harder to fill or clean? +
Nope. Just slide it off when you need to fill or clean your bladder, then slip it back on before you load up your pack.
Will this add noticeable weight or bulk to my pack? +
At 35g, you won't even notice it's there. It wraps tight around the bladder without making your pack ride weird or feel bloated.

The new version is much better: the additional coating on the inner side prevents it from tearing up. Although the bladder cover seems to be a little smaller than the bladder itself, which means that it cannot prevent it from losing its cold and it is harder to plece the bladder inside.

Definitely maintains a cooler bladder of water in heated conditions. if you're riding hard, in 90 degree tempos with 80%+ humidity, nothing stays cold - but this has noticeably extended the length of time that water will at least stay cool. You're never going to notice any added weight, removal/replacement of the bladder is easy if you swap multiple bladders on longer days.

Much better than the one that came with the Race pack. The original only had the foil faced insulation which would stick to the wet bladder and tear. This one has a layer of the outside material in the inside which doesn’t stick to the bladder as badly.
