Bang on product and service
Your products are extremely functional and well designed. However, I wish the hydration bladder mouthpiece had a protective cap to be used during transit or for other dirty conditions.

Holds water and fits the hydration pack!!
So far so good. Sadly my prior bag started to leak at the top after two years. I bought another larger pack as well which i really like.
Amazing customer service. First one ordered arrived with a small cut through the bladder walls. Sent a message and was immediately sent a replacement. I love the opening on top, cant wait for my next ride!

I’ve already told you I’ve ordered twice before and never have had to pay for import tariffs or duty. This time I had to pay fedex just that and it was very difficult to pay it. Won’t order ever again from you.
the bag is great and can bring a lot of water for a long day skiing. I found that putting some hot water was not certain and was afraid of burning it. Cleaning it is very nice and especialy flipping it upside down. The tube is a bit shot I don't like the valve, the water flow is too small for me. Hope it helps. Cheers

The flip switch at the end of the hose is a nice touch � easy to manipulate, which is a plus when wiped from a long day on the trails.

Really happy with this bladder! Easy to use and i love the closing valve on the hose to avoid spilling. 1,5 liters is just the right size for me.
The reason I bought this is because I bought a different brand chest protector/hydration pack combo. I absolutely disliked the bladder that came in that combo. I could never get water to come out with any consistency and was always trying to find the mouth piece while I was riding. The USWE one with the magnet is way better and the magnet works sweet!

Even though this was my first experience with a hydration pack (the PATRIOT 15L MTB Protector Pack), I wonder how I ever managed before. Extremely comfortable and practical, its adjustable 3. 0L capacity offers continuous support, especially on very hot days. The flow can be adjusted from fully open to fully closed! It's very easy to wash. The material is truly sturdy! An essential accessory!

Excellent hydration bladder. Easy to attach / detach plug n play. Easy to fill and clean. No leaks. 1. 5 is a perfect size as well.
One of the bladders came with the hydration pack and I ordered another one for my seconds backpack. While the design is nice and good quality the smell of the bladder is very strong and makes the water taste like plastic. I rinsed it with water about 20 times, added lemon juice, kept the water in for hours, to absorb the smell, reversed the bladder inside out and kept like this for days. 4 weeks later, and the bladder is still unusable - the smell is as strong as day 1.
Works as a bladder. Will have to see how long it lasts, material of bag is kind of thin and already starting to discolor after use even after turning inside out to dry. Mouth piece already has a tear in it as well after minimal use causing water to leak unless the lever is closed.
I have multiple packs and bladders to cover a broad range of activities. These are the go to. Securely fastened to your back. Light weight. Easy to adjust. Can�t go wrong

Replacement bladder for my hydration pack. Fits perfect fully.
Functionality of the bladder, drink tube and the mouthpiece is fantastic. The magnetic piece that comes with the backpack is a cherry on the cake. A shame it doesn't come with the bladder / tube bought separately. Flipping the bladder inside out is not as easy as advertised due to design of the closure. I've tried a few times but have given up. By far the worst part is the smell and taste of the water. I rinsed it already 10+ times, kept the water in for hours a few times and feels like the smell is even worse now. Suggesting some home remedies from youtube is ridiculous at this price point. If that works, as you suggest, include this step in the manufacturing process. I've been rinsing it for the last 4 days and it's still unusable.
