I like this bite valve better than the original bite valve that my hydration pack came with. . It doesn’t leak when I squeeze the tube. The original bite valve had better flow but every little squeeze on the tube would cause the water to come out. After about 2 years of use, water leaked all the time.

I don’t like it as much as the one the bag came with originally. Water flow is much more restricted and the top piece comes off easily

The straight bite valve is perfect. I personally did the hands free method and don’t want to go back to any other way! Worth its weight in gold to be able to just get a little hydration in 1/3, 1/2, 3/4 through a race and feel some relief with a little hydration splash!

Good but could be better I generally like this straight bite valve in the sense that it works as advertised. My only 2 issues is that: 1) the tube that attaches to the helmet requires “jimmy rigging” in the sense that the velcro lasts about 15km and once you start to sweat it just gives way. Cable ties strategically placed on mechanical rigid areas of your helmet are the only solution. I wish USWE would do a video on that. The current instructions are vague and glaze over the fact that the sticky sided velcro simply doesn’t last; And 2) the position of the valve is at times “in your face” and requires a lot of personal adjustment at first since this is essentially an aftermarket part for your helmet. I’d like to see USWE partner with AERO to provide the best in-helmet hydration solution on the market. Will it be expensive? Sure, but I’m worth it.

It works ok. No leaks, which is the reason I replaced the original one, but it delivers very small amounts of fluid. Takes quite a bit of effort to get enough fluid when riding technical sections on the Mtb.

It's not fair to review this produce. The valve is faulty and they are sending me a new valve. It's missing some internals and don't work. Thanks to USWE for handling this and not having me to ship back the bad device. Great customer service.
