Will this harness work with my existing chest mount GoPro setup? +
This harness replaces traditional chest mounts by attaching directly to your USWE NDM backpack straps. It won't work with standalone chest rigs, but it's way more stable and comfortable than wearing a separate chest mount over your pack.
Can I use this harness on non-USWE backpacks? +
Nope. This harness is designed specifically for USWE packs with the NDM 1 Harness System and won't fit other brands.
Does the camera harness interfere with drinking from my hydration bladder? +
Not at all. The harness sits on your chest straps and leaves your hydration tube routing completely clear for easy access while riding.
Can I adjust the camera angle while wearing the pack? +
Yeah, the Velcro straps let you tweak the angle on the fly without taking off your pack, so you can dial in your shot mid-ride.
Will this fit over my motorcycle gear or body armor? +

With an l-shaped bracket, it mounts the Insta360 X5 to my hydration backpack. I Shoot flat with the camera pointed slightly up. Here is a clip shot in an eMTB in the trailhead practice area.
This is the best Water pack I have had. It is better quality than Osprey and Camelback. It does not move around and is very versatile.
Awesome to have the harness built into your backpack.

Work as it should however a „GoPro” holder clip is not in the package. It was a little surprising, I had to skip one ride with camera. This little piece is a „cent” option, should be added to the product at least as configurable part. The strap itself feels bulky on a chest at a first contact and requires few moments to adapt, but then it disappears, especially when riding fast and in rough terrain. I tested it on 145 km gravel race, nothing fell apart, made discomfort or required correction.
Fits great on the Airborne 9l, the camera (GoPro Hero 10) mounted up perfectly with zero movement. Angle is great as well

Harness works nicely but it has one significant issue, if the backpack is very full it lifts hard plastic camera mounting plate against your throat which is not at all pleasant feeling. Plate should be different shape and sit at lower.

I think the cam�ra is a bit too high on the body and too close to the helmet, If you ride with MX helmet you'll hit the cam�ra quite often, but otherwise perfect positionning and you don't feel the diff�rence with the normal fix
Sturdy, but takes up more space I have the INSTA360 ACE PRO with a INSTA360 quick release, permanently mounted on the camera. The Insta360´s own harness is not sturdy at all. And it does not work well with a backpack from any brand. The Action Camera Harness / NDM 1 fom USWE, is easy to mount and the camera sits firmly in place. The position of the camera is a bit high though, so I mount it up side down. Because of the quick release, I need a double GoPro joint to be able to position the camera furter out from the harness plate. This makes it possible to angle the camera more. Otherwise, I only see the handlebars, or the sky - more or less. Maybe this is needed even without the quick release? Depending on what frame size you have, and how tall you are, this may or may not be an issue. My old phone bag/case from the original set up, is not longer comfortable to mount on the harness because it sits to high. Almost on top of my shoulder. The harness plate takes up the room where the bag/case used to be positioned. I need to place my phone elsewhere. This harnes comes with two hose clamps. They are so well attached to the harness, that it looks like they are not supposed to be removed. I like the magnetic solution, so I have 3 fastening points now. Time will tell which I will keep. I wish that USWE could mount the magnetic clip from the factory, so that it does not risk falling off. The old original harness have thicker material for the magnetic clip to hold on to, and sits in place no matter what. This camera harness have thinner material and I already lost the magnetic clip once. Luckily, I found it . . .
Best way to mount an action cam. Buy this and stop looking dumb with a chest mount strap.

Great attachment for Gopro cameras. I like this attachment for my GoPro. It fits perfect on the hydration pack. I’m so pleased a lot of times I don’t even realize the camera is attached to me. You cannot go wrong. Worth every penny.

Funkar nästan perfekt Enkelt, smidigt, verkar vara bra kvalitet, dock vill jag ha kameran lite längre ned, iaf när man cyklar MTB med min gopro, skulle vara perfekt om man kunde vända på plattan så att man fick ett lågt läge och ett högt läge.
This camera harness is the best solution I've found for using my GoPro while running. It does make putting on and taking off the backpack marginally more complicated, however, and if you are a lady-person the camera might not lie flat but rather tilt slighty upwards on your chest. Nevertheless, overall it has simplified my GoPro use and I am very pleased with the product.
