To ensure the best fit, measure your back length from the C7 vertebra (the prominent bone at the base of your neck) down to the iliac crest (the top of your hip bone).

Recommended back length: 40–45 cm

For the most accurate measurement, stand upright in a natural position and use a flexible measuring tape following the contour of your back.

Will this harness fit my 10-year-old or teenager? +

It depends on their torso length and build. This harness is sized for shorter torsos and slimmer frames, so if your kid is already wearing adult medium shirts or has a longer torso, they might need the standard VST harness instead.

Can I use this harness on any USWE pack or just VST models? +

This harness only works with VST daypacks. It won't attach to older USWE models or non-VST packs because the connection system is specific to the VST platform.

How do I know if I need the small size harness instead of the regular one? +

If you have a short torso, or the standard harness leaves you with tons of extra strap length and the chest buckle sits too high, grab the small size. It's built for compact frames, not just kids.

Does this come with a pack or is it just the harness straps? +

Just the harness. You need to buy a VST daypack separately, then swap this harness onto it to get the right fit for smaller riders.

Will this harness work with a hydration bladder and still fit right? +

Yes. The harness attaches to the VST pack, and the pack holds the bladder, so adding water won't mess with the fit as long as you adjust the straps properly after loading it up.
