How To Set Up The Harness?

All of our NDM 1 products are unisex and are designed and tested for both men and women. To set up the harness follow the steps below.

Put the backpack on. Adjust the horizontal chest straps to a comfortable length (The two "d-rings" allow you to change between a larger and smaller size). Use the outer ring for the large size and loop through both for the smaller size.
Adjust the vertical shoulder straps (If needed) to adjust the height of the buckle, the center buckle should align around the height of your solar plexus. Do note that a few models like Race 2.0 and Outlander PRO does not have this setting due to their low weight.

Care Instructions

Packs

We want you to follow the instructions on the care label for each product. Care labels are typically found inside of the product. If you can’t see it, look again. If you still can’t see it, contact us.

STEPS

After every ride, empty the pack completely and brush clean soiled areas with soapy water.
Never put your pack into a washing machine or dryer, this damages the PU coating. Only hand wash.
The pack fabrics can’t be ironed.
Zippers must be kept clean for improved lifetime.
To store: close the pack and keep it in a dry, well ventilated place.

Hydration Systems

ELITE

Reverse by placing your hand in the bladder, grab the bottom, and pull it back through the top opening, just like turning a sock inside-out. The molded opening can also be flipped after the bladder body has been reversed. Then, throw it in the dishwasher or rinse with mild soap and water. Make sure to let the bladder dry out completely while reversed.

Ordered just before 5000km motorbike trip and never used a Produkt like this before. Really nice but tight fit over big motorbike jacket, no dancing monkey system makes a very good performance. Nice and solid quality, feels good to use. Just the volume is a little small. If it�s 8 liters, the water bladder (3l) should more or less fit 3 times in it but doesn�t feels like this. A little bit more space would be awesome for off bike. But totally happy to have the RAW Bag, never drank so much water on a motorbike!

I don't know how and when... but I lost the sealing silicone sheath of the bite Valve. It is certainly not cheap to buy the spare part (cost with shipping about 20 euros) so I suggest including one in the package. Surely the cost at the origin does not influence the final price much. Good product I find myself forced to find a non-original spare part.

Fit is good, zippers are great, and bladder is excellent high quality that doesn't taste like plastic the first use! I'd like to see stronger elastic material around the front shoulder straps. The elastic material breaks down first before anything else on the packs. Once the elastic material is compromised from sweat and use, the pack begins to sag and eventually the material breaks down and snaps apart. Overall, good pack and good fit. Thanks for making a race fit vs. a club fit. Nice to have choices!

I bought this hydro pack a month ago and have used it 9-10 times so far to ride enduro bike. The fabric is good quality as is the bladder. I would have liked sturdier zippers, i doubt they'll last more than 2-3 years with the mud we ride here. The pack doesn't swing at all and stays in place, but it's very tight for my average 41" chest to fit over my Leatt chest protector. A third place to expand the straps or longer elastic straps would have been nice. I hope the elastics will stretch a bit. I like this hydro pack but it's feels very small to put over chest protector. I should have ordered through a local distributor instead from USWE because I had to pay $45 in customs fees when the package arrived here. I know, i'm very critical but my goal here is for the manufacturer to improve his product. So USWE... we need longer straps and better zippers Thanks.
