Shipping policy

1. Shipping partners & Shipping fee

Orders placed on our website will be delivered using one of our international courier partners and their third party partners around the world. All available courier options will be displayed for you to choose from at checkout. The shipping fee will also be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on courier, service and destination.

 

2. Import, Taxes & Duties Threshold

The recipient is the importer of the package and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to a destinations that is not within the EU, UK or USA may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country.The recipient of the shipment must pay these import taxes, customs duties and other fees if applied by the recipient's country once a shipment reaches it's destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must also be paid for by the recipient. If the import tax, customs duties or other fees are not paid for and the shipment is sent back to USWE Sports AB the return fees charged by the currier will be deducted from the refund to the customer.

 

3. Order dispatch

Orders placed on our website are dispatched from our warehouse in Malmo, Sweden during our operating hours (Monday - Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm CET/CEST). We reserve the right to dispatch orders on a different schedule during Swedish bank holidays and during the holiday season and do not guarantee that orders will be dispatched every day during these periods.

 

4. Delivery time

Orders placed on our website have an average delivery time of 2-6 business days using our standard delivery services. We won’t be liable to you for any delay in delivering any products if the delay is due to acts of civil commotion, riots, malicious damage, adverse weather conditions, floods, drought, fire, epidemic, pandemic, legislation, failure of ISP or telecommunications provider or any other cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

5. Error & Damage

Orders placed on our website have a satisfaction guarantee. If you’ve received incorrect or damaged items please reach out to our dedicated Customer service team immediately for assistance. The error must be reported to Customer service no longer than 5 days after the order has been received. Issues reported later may not be taken into consideration. If the product is used before the error is reported the item can no longer be returned for a refund.

 

6. Incorrect order information.

Orders placed on our website using incorrect information may be returned to our office in which case we have the right to charge the customer for shipping both ways.
