About the Race

The Dark Skies 100K is a point-to-point challenge from Seneca State Forest to Snowshoe Village, featuring 11,500 feet of elevation gain across West Virginia’s highest peaks.

The course follows the scenic Allegheny Trail, passes the Green Bank Observatory, and climbs to the 4,843-foot summit of Bald Knob before finishing in the heart of Snowshoe.
