I cannot comfortably wear a backpack. I have bone spurs on my spine. This is a much better option for me. I liked it my last race, basically added a third bottle to the mix plus some fuel for the ride. My major beef from a tall guy is that the tube is too short' I'm 6' 3". A few more inches would make a big difference. At least offer a long option.

Can I wear this hydration pack over body armor or a chest protector? +
Nope, the ZULO 2L sits on your hips below your torso gear, so it won't interfere with body armor, chest protectors, or backpacks. It's designed to stay out of the way of upper body equipment.
How do I refill the bladder without taking the whole pack off? +
The 1.0L Elite bladder uses a Plug-N-Play coupling that disconnects in seconds. Pop the coupling, refill the bladder through the wide opening, reconnect, and you're back in action without removing the pack from your waist.
Will this pack fit someone with a small waist or larger build? +
Yes, the single-buckle suspension strap adjusts to fit a wide range of waist sizes. The curved banana shape and elastic design conform to different body types for a secure, comfortable fit.
