STEPS
- After every ride, empty the pack completely and brush clean soiled areas with soapy water.
- Never put your pack into a washing machine or dryer, this damages the PU coating. Only hand wash.
- The pack fabrics can’t be ironed.
- Zippers must be kept clean for improved lifetime.
- To store: close the pack and keep it in a dry, well ventilated place.

Can I wear this pack over body armor or a chest protector? +
The standard MTB Hydro 9L is designed for a close fit without extra gear underneath. If you need to wear it over body armor, check out the Adventure Fit version with extended straps built for that purpose.
Will this pack fit if I have a small waist or narrow hips? +
Yes, the elastic NDM 1.2 harness adjusts to fit a wide range of body types, including smaller frames. The straps use Velcro adjustment so you can dial in a snug fit without excess strap flapping around.
How do I clean the hydration bladder after long rides? +
Pop open the wide slider opening at the top, rinse it thoroughly with warm water, and hang it upside down to dry completely. The plug-n-play coupling disconnects easily for cleaning the tube separately.
Is there enough room for a bike pump and a rain jacket? +
Absolutely. The 9L volume includes multiple zippered compartments and a dedicated tool pocket that easily fits a mini pump, multi-tool, spare tube, and a packable jacket with room left for snacks and a first aid kit.
Does the pack stay put on really rough, technical trails? +
That's exactly what it's built for. The No Dancing Monkey harness system locks the pack to your back with zero bounce, even when you're hitting jumps, drops, or hammering through rock gardens at speed.

Overall it's the best hydration pack I've ever used. The only issue stopping me from giving it 5 stars is the opening for the pocket that the bladder fits into is very difficult to insert a full bladder through. I have resorted to just not using it and sliding the bladder in without it, which seems to work well.
I like the way it rides on the body I just wish it was a little larger to fit my body size
Looks great, fits perfect and the quality is awesome.
This is my second one, retired my last one after 5 years of hard service many trips and at least three times use a week. The new one is a slightly different size. Great quality, looking forward to another five years of great use.

I absolutely LOVE this pack! I'm 5'0" 120lbs, so pretty small frame, the pack fits my perfectly, doesn't go too far down my back or around my sides. Very streamlined. Carries 3L of water weight very comfortably, with just enough room for other warm weather essentials (sunscreen, snacks, one layer, pack towel) Absolutely my go-to summer adventure bag! Just what you need in a super sleek package

Love the size and fit of my Hydro MTB 9. I have thrown about 8lbs in it and it is still quite stable on my back. The harness is far more comfortable and stable than a traditional harness system like on my Osprey Raptor 8.

The pack is awesome and I will never use a different brand. USWE for life. However.... Processing and shipping was absolutely HORRIBLE. it took almost three weeks to even ship out, the customer service lady just fed me lies and BS.... and they sent the wrong color. The packs are the best available for what I need. They are superior to the competition. When it's time to order a new one..... I'm NOT ordering straight from USWE again, I'll buy it from a retailer. I wasn't even going to review my experience but they sent me email wanting me to do so..... so here it is.

I got this for my wife as a present. It is very well made and is large enough for people who want to bring a light jacket, tools, and a first aid kit. I tried it on and it does not move on your body, it is pretty cool.

When I test the "No dancing monkey " system for the first time, I think that's the hydration backpack for an enduro rider. And this is my second Uswe backpack. Love it!

I bought it on sale, two weeks later I received a bill from Fed Ex for 38.00 for a tariff charge! The problem I have it was not mentioned! If I knew I wouldn’t have bought it or at least it would have my decision! Not happy customer!!!
I purchased this pack for a little more storage. Previously I had the 3L version which I loved but wanted just a bit more space and a slightly larger bladder for backcountry rides. This 9L bag checks all of the boxes. Super comfortable pack, 3L bladder, room for extra parts and tools, extra clothing layer and snacks. The buckle system is still amazing. Plus it absolutely drips steez. Looks so good

Title says it all. Best MTB day pack I've ever used. I prefer to ride without a pack, whenever possible. But, on longer days, sometimes it's required, and when it is, I really do enjoy using this pack.
Great product!
Love the light weight durable fabric. Just enough room for the basics. I�m female and find the straps cut my breasts rather than sit under them. Once you add water the pak does not sit as the website states. I tried loosening things , tightening things and finally crisscrossing the straps. The crisscross helps. However this oak is probably great for guys. There must be a better answer for women Like the materials and concept but would not purchase again If you are a guy, mine is for sale
Comfortable. Easy setup as well as easy adjustability. Ample storage. Easy on/off. Great bladder design.
Great pack. Switched over to these when my old traditional packs would bounce when riding. This style eliminates the bounce. Super tough, had an older smaller version that held up great after few hard crashes. Got this style for more room for gear and tools. Straps have Velcro adjustment so fits well. My wife tried and did not like it, so if you�re female and have larger breast, try one on first. Overall love these packs.
The bladder is very tall and skinny. It is a little more difficult to stuff in the WAY to skinny pocket than other hydration packs including a USWE Airborne. It's a little thing but after sealing the bladder, using right hand to slide the clip on, the quick disconnect is on opposite side. It is not that big a deal to turn over but if you are resting the pack on something the quick disconnect is scooping up dirt while sealing the top.

This is the best hydro pack for bike riding! The no dancing monkey design really helps the feel for the ride instead of having a pack sliding around your back feeling uncomfortable. I highly recommend!
