STEPS
- After every ride, empty the pack completely and brush clean soiled areas with soapy water.
- Never put your pack into a washing machine or dryer, this damages the PU coating. Only hand wash.
- The pack fabrics can’t be ironed.
- Zippers must be kept clean for improved lifetime.
- To store: close the pack and keep it in a dry, well ventilated place.

Will this pack fit over a chest protector or body armor? +
The standard MTB Hydro 12L is designed for regular fit. If you're wearing a chest protector or bulky protective gear, check out the Adventure Fit version with extended straps for extra room across the chest and shoulders.
How do I clean the hydration bladder after muddy rides? +
Rinse the 3L Elite bladder with warm water after each ride, then hang it open to dry completely. The plug-n-play hose detaches in seconds for thorough cleaning or quick swaps between rides.
Does this pack work for gravel racing and bikepacking trips? +
Absolutely. The 12L capacity holds tools, spare tubes, nutrition, and extra layers for long gravel races or multi-day bikepacking adventures without bouncing around on rough terrain.
Can I use this pack for trail running or just mountain biking? +

Functionally I like it like I liked my previous USWE packs. However, I was very disappointed to see that internal zip pockets and a key retainer had been eliminated from this newer model.
I used this hydration pack for the first time yesterday and love everything about it but did notice it could utilize a lower waist strap to help keep the pack a bit more secure while hitting jumps. Other than that the pack worked out great. Marty

Bag is a great size … fits all my gear and then some.
I have been using the 9 liter version for a while, wanted a little more storage space so I upgraded to the 12 liter version. I only wish there was a dedicated pocket for a phone like the 9 liter version.
Need more adjustment in the straps for larger chest sizes.
Chest clasp too tight at longest setting and longest setting is not secure enough, I have both the smaller capacity and ordered the larger on because I incorrectly assumed the straps would be longer
Best mountain biking hydration pack ! It stays in place and has space for tools.
I use this pack for Mtn Bike Coaching. The extra volume really helps with carrying all I need for the kiddos. Plenty of space for first aid kit, tubes and flat repair tools, snacks, and extra bottles. This is the 3rd pack I own and largest—all of your packs are great for their designed purpose…

I like the back pack. The only downside is that I have a little big chest and upper body. So it's a little to tight. I've adjusted the straps to max. But it's still a little tight but it works. It would have been nice to have some separate straps to lengthen the ones sewn on.
So far after only a few short rides I like this pack more than my old Camelback MULE. The fit is nice and stable. Indeed, packed light I hardly know it is there. I wish the tool pouch mesh pockets were deeper to contain tools better.
First It is hard to figure out how to open the bladder itself. You need to put a little efforts on sipping.
Food fit when bladder is 1/2 full. Pack is too light weight to fill the bladder all the way. Good size for a day MTB trip. Doesn�t hold a helmet btw. Added the option phone case to carry a pocket tool so that I don�t have to take the pack off to search for a tool.
