his story

Wills’ interest in riding started when he was only four years old. His dad used to ride back then, and Will nagged him so much to get his own bike that he eventually got bikes for both him and his brother. They both started to chase their dad around and haven’t looked back since. When asked about his love for Enduro he says: “Sounds cliche but it’s an adventure. The races are 3-6 hours long and every race is new terrain. It is quite mental so you have to overcome so many obstacles throughout the race so it’s quite exciting when things go to plan. During training, you just go out and explore which I love.”

Back home in Australia they didn’t have a lot of Enduro races, so when he moved to the States at fifteen years old, he quickly made a name for himself in the Enduro scene. The year of 2023 started with him becoming the first rider to win the Australian SuperEnduro Championship title after dominating the inaugural event at Ballarat. Next, he took home his first Pro US Hard Enduro race win in mid-2023 at the Snake Bite Hard Enduro race in Texas getting ahead of established racers like Cody Webb. Later, in 2023 Will finished 4th at the Red Bull Tennessee Knockout Main Event, finishing just 8 seconds after Manuel Lettenbichler. With a year like that behind him at his age, he will surely be a common sight on the podiums from now on.

As an Enduro rider, will chooses the Moto Hydro 3L as his favorite:

"I prefer the Moto Hydro 3L because its very lightweight and has just what I need for racing. We consume so much water in our races so it’s vital we have enough room for all that water and other bits and bobs. but yet i I can’t have a massive backpack on my back. So USWE provides the best of both worlds with a comfortable, perfect sized pack.”

With his goals of 2024 to be a consistent podium contended and finish the Erzeberg, its going to be kick-ass to see him ride totally decked out in USWE!
