Orders & Payment

1. Price

Prices on uswe.com is displayed in your currency and is excluding VAT and duties unless located in the EU. The price you pay for your product is the price displayed on our site at the time we receive your order apart from where an error has occurred in displaying the price. We do our very best to ensure that all prices on our site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will inform you about the cancellation of the item or cancellation of order. We reserve the right to change our prices due to changes in exchange rates or changes in the market.

 

2. Orders

Orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company at any time.

 

Shortly after we receive your order, we will acknowledge it by email, detailing the products you have ordered. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided on the order form. If any information is incorrect please contact Customer Service immediately.

 

3. Payment

We process orders on our website using Shopify Payments which is one of the best and most secure payment gateways available.

 

4. Agreement & Cancellation

The agreement of purchase is reached when your payment has been transferred. The order may be cancelled until it’s shipped form our warehouse in which the order can no longer be cancelled. In order to receive a refund from your order after the shipment has been made the order must be returned to us using our return policy.

 

5. Discounts & Codes

All discount codes are applied to the value of the order excluding delivery cost if not stated otherwise. Unless explicitly stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, including Outlet products.

Discount codes may be limited to redemption in respect of certain products or certain products may be excluded from the offer. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase Gift Cards. We reserve the right to modify or cancel discount codes at any time.

 

6. Fraud

We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect to be a case of fraud and have systems in place for fraud detection to protect both us and you. We reserve the right to deny anyone access to our website because of suspicion of fraud.
