We are happy to announce Freddy Ovett as one of our newest athletes to join the USWE family!

Freddys recent decision to switch to professional gravel racing for 2023 made USWE and Freddy a match made in heaven. With an aim to kick-ass on a bunch of upcoming competitions this year.

But who is this guy really? Let’s have a little sit down and really get to know each other shall we? 

Sean "Grizzly Munro" Green has been one of our long time USWE Athletes. A man on a epic mission; to descend all of the 282 Scottish Munro peaks by bike. Of course, this also means lugging his bike all the way to the top. A quite gnarly project that has been in the works for a few years!

Crazy challenges like these are what we live for, so when we heard about this we were eager to be a part of it. Now that the project is well under way, we felt like we had some catching up to do!

E-tour du Mont Blanc, the final of the E-Bike world tour, bringing together all the E-bike racers and teams who have proven themselves at the previous stops. Reserved only for the most experienced E-bikers, this last stop will be an epic 3 day long, 250 km race around Mont Blanc in Switzerland.

Sound cool right!? That’s why we sent our athlete Simon Carlsson and his co-partner Daniel to check it out and document it all in their E-Tour du Mont Blanc vlog.

The ŠKODA Titan Desert Morocco 2022 returns to its essence to what has always been its hallmark: the infinite desert. 

So when our two crazy amigos (athletes) Carlos Martinez and Juan Ma Furio wanted to give this race a try, we at USWE didn’t blink for a second. YES, of course we wanted to be involved in their Titan Desert Morocco 2022 project, a great adventure of insane weather conditions during six days of marathon racing for a total of 645 kilometers.

Med denna revolutionerande teknologi är USWE-ryggsäcken superstadig och helt studsfri på ryggen, helt utan att inverka på cyklistens egna rörlighet samt andningsförmåga. En vätskeryggsäck utvecklad för prestation!

På Långloppscupen är hastigheten många gånger hög och deltagarna cyklar tillsammans med flera tusen andra cyklister. Ett steg i att höja säkerheten är att välja bort flaskan och istället använda en vätskeryggsäck. När man cyklar i svår terräng så är ibland grundläggande saker som att ta tag i flaskan från cykelramen för att snabbt ha tillgång till vätska/dricka, mycket svårare och mer riskfyllt än vad man tror. Men istället med en smidig vätskeryggsäck så kan man snabbt och effektivt dricka helt handsfree med båda händerna tryggt på styret även i svår terräng.
